Meet the Pixelle Team
Pixelle is brought to life by a team of creatives, storytellers, athletes, and advocates united by a shared belief in the power of sport to inspire, connect, and transform lives.
Together, we are working to make the stories of girls and women in sport more visible, celebrate their journeys, and inspire more girls and women to discover and stay active through sport.
Anna Goodson
Founder of Pixelle aka Head Coach
Anna Goodson is a passionate advocate for women’s sports and the Founder of Pixelle, a global art and storytelling initiative celebrating the journeys of girls and women in sport.
With more than 30 years of experience as a creative entrepreneur and founder of the internationally recognized Anna Goodson Illustration Agency, Anna brings a lifelong commitment to creativity, storytelling, and visual expression.
She is also an ambassador and investor for Les Roses de Montréal, Montréal’s first professional women’s soccer team. Sport has always been an important part of Anna’s life, from tennis and cycling to running, skiing, and fitness.
Through Pixelle, Anna combines her passion for women’s sports, art, and community to amplify the voices of women around the world, transform personal sporting memories into collective artworks, and inspire future generations to see themselves represented in sport.
Sara Ricciardelli
Marketing Director aka Team Captain
A lifelong soccer player and passionate advocate for women in sport, Sara combines her background in business, marketing, and project management to help grow Pixelle’s vision and impact. Currently studying at HEC Montréal while competing with the Carabins women’s soccer team, she believes sport builds character, empowers women, and inspires them to reach their full potential. Through Pixelle, she is committed to ensuring every athlete’s story is seen, valued, and celebrated.
Sofia Ricciardelli

She is committed to promoting active living and empowering more girls and women to experience the transformative benefits of sport.
Amanda Iadeluca
Communication Coordinator aka Playmaker
A student-athlete with the Université de Montréal Carabins and a professional cheerleader with the Montreal Alouettes, Amanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at HEC Montréal, specializing in marketing and project management. With her father coaching football, she developed a lifelong passion for sport and a desire to see more women thrive in the industry. Being part of Pixelle allows her to contribute to an initiative that aligns with her passion for empowering women and increasing their representation in sport.
Aline Fellmann
Coordinator, Community Engagement & Partnerships aka Assistant Captain
Having tried many different sports over the years, curling is the one that truly captured her heart. It has always felt like a second home and a second family, a sense of belonging that became even more meaningful when she moved to Canada. She currently works in the sport sector and is passionate about promoting the values of sport and creating opportunities for girls and women to thrive. Through Pixelle, she hopes to connect the initiative with new communities and help make their stories visible and celebrated.
Lars Schulze
Head of Technology aka Technical Director
Growing up in Eastern Germany, Lars didn’t get to choose his first sport — he was selected for gymnastics and trained until he was about 13. From there he tried a bit of everything: track and field, karate, and handball. But his real love was always soccer. He played for years with friends before finally joining his first team at 17 — and, at 50, he’s still on the pitch. Today Lars brings that same lifelong dedication to Pixelle, where he handles all the technology behind the initiative.
Winnie
Mascot
Meet Winnie, our little Pixelle mascot and one of the most energetic members of the team!
She loves to play, run, and stay on the move. Athletic, enthusiastic, and always ready for her next adventure, Winnie brings plenty of energy and pixel-perfect spirit wherever she goes.
More than just our mascot, Winnie reminds us to have fun, keep moving, and enjoy the journey.
